Overview

The Development Phase is where the planning from the Design Phase becomes reality. Instructional materials, learning activities, and assessments are created, tested, and refined before being delivered to learners.

Purpose of the Development Phase

The goal of this phase is to:

  • Produce and assemble content
  • Build interactive learning experiences
  • Create and test media and assessments
  • Ensure everything aligns with the learning objectives and instructional plan

This phase transforms the design blueprint into tangible, functional instructional materials.
